Chad is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Silverlight 4 Development. Chad currently serves as one of the primary developers at ASG (www.asg.com) working on Energy Management solution for the Data Center built on top of WCF and Silverlight.  Chad takes an active interest in the local and online development communities and can be reached via his blog at: www.chadengland.com .
